Bookings will open to non-members from 9:00am Sunday 7th April 2024. 

Before clicking through to our online booking system below, please review our 2024 Winter season booking rates, policy and key terms & conditions.

 

Accommodation Prices and Booking Policy/Terms and Conditions (as at 13th March 2024)

 

2024 Winter Season: from official start of 2024 Ski Season to the official end of the 2024 season (usually in the last week of September/first week of October).

 

NON MEMBERS

 

2024 Early Season: Opening Weekend 7th June until 20th June 2024

•Weekend accommodation rate $170.00 per person (Friday & Sat night inclusive)

•Mid-week accommodation rate $70.00 per person/night

 

2024 Peak Season: 21st June through to 7th September 2024 (excluding Vic Interschools week 19th August to 24th August)

•Weekend accommodation (Friday & Sat night inclusive) $250.00 per person (for the weekend)

•Mid-week accommodation (Sun to Thurs nights) $105.00 per person/night

 

2024 Vic Interschools Week:  19th August until 24th August 2024

•Weekend accommodation rate $275.00 per person (Friday & Sat night inclusive)

•Mid-week accommodation rate $125.00 per person/night

 

2024 Spring Season: 8th September until end of the winter season (usually in last week September/first week of October)

•Weekend accommodation rate $170.00 per person (Friday & Sat night inclusive)

•Mid-week accommodation rate $70.00 per person/night

LINEN HIRE

Above accomodation prices are based on a BYO linen and towels policy. Tatry Ski Club supplies a pillow/s, and doona and extra blankets for your bed. Our guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels for their stay.

If you need to hire bed linen and/or towel, there is an additional fee of $25 per person. This fee is a once-off and covers you for your whole stay. Please tick the "linen hire" box when making your booking online if you wish to hire Tatry linen and/or towels. 

 

Please note that our ensuites are supplied with liquid soap in the powder room. Our guests are required to BYO soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.  

 


ONLINE SELF-SERVE Booking Process
This Tatry Ski Club Inc. has recently introduced an online self-serve booking system to make the booking enquiry and confirmation process more streamlined and timely to enhance your booking experience.

 

STEPS to BOOK

1.Member or guest reads and accepts our booking policies and terms and conditions (see below). If accepted, member or guest navigates to our online booking system located here

2. Member or guest views dates and rooms available and makes their selection by clicking on dates and selecting beds (members must login using their unique member login and password)

3. Member or guest enters all required name and contact details into the booking request form online, including dates of booking. Cost of booking will be displayed and if accepted, member/guest submits the booking.

4. If dates and beds are available as requested, the system will hold those beds until you make your credit card payment. On the final screen of the bookings page "Step 4" you will be directed to the "EWAY" Credit Card payment portal. You can use only a VISA card or Mastercard (AMEX and Diner's Club are not accepted).

5. Once the credit card payment is processed successfully, the booking is confirmed. You will be automatically emailed a receipt of payment, as well as a booking confirmation email. 

6. 5 days prior, and then again 2 days prior to your check in date, the system will automantically email you a check-in reminder, which will include the latest front door entry code. please make a note of this for when you arrive at the lodge.

7. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive further email communication at a later time to remind you of your upcoming booking, as well as an email that outlines the check-in and check-out procedure and the current lodge door code. 


Bookings must be paid for IN FULL at the time of booking. Tentative bookings will not be accepted. If payment is not made, bookings will not be held.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

There is a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.

There are no refunds offered for any reason.

Please ensure that you are 100% certain about your booking dates before you make your booking and pay, knowing that there is a no refunds policy once the booking is complete.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to) things such as: change of mind, poor snow cover, inoperable ski lifts/runs, bad weather, changed work commitments, illness, injury or death.

We are a not-for-profit organisation offering best-on-mountain accomodation prices and rely on the winter season to cover costs. If a profit is made, it is in turn used to maintain or improve the lodge for the benefit of all future and on-going guests.

If you realise you have made an error in your booking, you must email the booking officer within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email to advise of the error, and an adjustment will be made accordingly. If you do not advise within the 24 hour time frame, there is no refund or changes allowed. Please email [email protected].

 

CHANGE OF DATE or GUEST NUMBER REQUESTS

Tatry does not allow date changes or any other changes to your booking such as decreasing the number of people in your booking. In certain circumstances, we may upon request consider moving a booking from a peak time to an off-peak time (subject to availability). 

If you realise you have made an error in your booking, you must email the booking officer within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email to advise of the error, and an adjustment will be made accordingly. If you do not advise within the 24 hour time frame, there is no refund or changes allowed. Please email [email protected].

 

EMPTY BED/PRIVATE ROOM vs ROOM SHARING POLICY

Tatry is a club ski lodge. Traditionally, we have always had a culture of room sharing when required to ensure no member or guest misses out on going to the snow on the dates they want.

We understand that some guests may prefer to have their room all to themselves for privacy reasons.

To ensure you have your own private room, please do the following:

  1. Choose a room or combination of rooms that have an exact match of number of beds to the number of people you wish to book for. You can see the room capacity by hovering your mouse over the room numbers on the left hand side of the booking system page. You can also see the bedrom configurations on our "About the lodge" page on our website. CLICK HERE to go to that page. 
  2. If the room you book has any left over empty beds, please ensure you book that/those empty bed/s as well.
  3. Please note that if you do not book an empty bed/s in your room, that/those bed/s may be offered and taken by a third party at any time. By not booking the empty beds in your room, you are agreeing to potentially share the room with other bookings. Please contact the booking officer on 0437 857 812 if you need any clarification on this.

 

BOOKING CHANNEL
Bookings must be made through the booking system and cannot be made with the lodge manager. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payments are  to be made by direct transfer via the internet. Payment cannot be made directly to the lodge manager.

 

RATE VARIANCES

Please note that accomodation rates may vary from those listed above. The rates that are stated when making your booking are up to date. The Tatry Ski Club reserves the right to amend the booking fee to you if there is an error in the system generated price given to you at the time of booking. 

 

NO SNOW POLICY 
Our booking policy requires full payment upfront to secure your accommodation. Credits or refunds will not be issued. If the payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and the room/s reallocated. Rooms will not be held without payment. Please note there is no refund on cost of accommodation made by Tatry Ski Club regarding a “no snow” guarantee provided by Mt Buller ski lifts. Please take this into account when selecting dates for your trip.

 

CHILD POLICY
Children must pay the same rate as per an adult regardless of age. We do offer a cot hire free of charge if requested.
